South-west corner is said to be governing place of demon while plots facing this side have many affects on over all prosperity of occupants. Generally called as Nairuthi corner Vastu gives importance to South-west in balancing it with other elements so that it benefits the occupants. South-west corner possess attributes of leadership and among the most stable corner which is ideal for heavy material and master bedroom. But South-west facing are somewhat not considered as good as other direction plots in Vastu.
